Innovative Materials and Technologies in Electrical Engineering i-MITEL 2020
"Electrical engineering in the era of Industry 4.0"
The conference fee in the amount of 1400 PLN + 23% VAT (for IEEE members 1250 PLN + VAT) should be paid to 19th of February 2020.
For technical reasons, the conference fee after this date is 1800 PLN + VAT.
The fee includes:
- application and presenting the paper,
- publishing the paper in the Conference Proceedings,
- conference materials set,
- accommodation (additional fee for 1-person room is 500 PLN + VAT)
- board,
- participation in the deliberations,
- participation in accompanying events,
- parking.
The condition of participation is to fill in and send to the Organizer
an application form and make payment on account:

Simultaneously we ask that payment to be made with annotation i-MITEL 2018.
The Organizing Committee has established a fee for each additional paper in the amount of 400 PLN + VAT

31.01.2020 - submitting of abstracts
(1 page A4) with filled application form,
Jan. 24th 2020
07.02.2020 - acceptance of abstracts and confirmation of receipt of applications,
Feb. 7th 2020
19.02.2020 - deadline for payment of the conference fee in amount of 1400 PLN + VAT,
Feb. 28th 2020 - submit full papers (format IEEE Xplore, 4 - 6 pages),
Mar. 30th 2020 - deadline for bringing increased conference fee in amount of 1800 PLN + VAT,
May 6th 2020
25.11.2020 - start of i-MITEL 2020 conference.
