By 31st of January 2020, papers should be submitted to the conference by sending to the address mitel@uz.zgora.pl a filled out and signed application form together with an abstract of the paper (1 page).

After Scientific Committee approval, all full versions (4-6 pages) of papers prepared according to the IEEE Xplore template should be sent to Febryaru 28th 2020.

The papers in English or Polish (preferably in English), should be prepared according to the paper template in section download and send via e-mail in the form of files name.doc and name.pdf (Acrobat 4.0 or higher) on the address: mitel@uz.zgora.pl.

Abstracts will be issued in Conference Materials and on CD provided the conference fee payment.

As in the previous conference edition, full papers prepared in English that pass the review process and will be presented within the conference, will be submitted for publish in the IEEE Xplore database.
